Larry Kenneth Kling | July 2, 1945 — July 29, 2023

Larry Kenneth Kling, 78, passed away July 29, 2023, at his home in Woodinville, WA.

Larry was born in Sidney Montana to Leah and Reinholt Kling on July 2, 1945. He graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1964. He married his high school sweetheart Linda Kay Rieker on February 11, 1967 at Immanuel Luther Church in Moses Lake, WA.

He worked as a Visual Merchandise Manager at JCPENNEYS for 39 years. He also worked for the Northshore school district as a school bus driver (where he knew all the kids’ names on his bus) for 16 years.

Larry is preceded in death by his beloved Mother Leah and Father Reinholt Kling.

Larry was a loving husband, father, papa, brother and friend.

Larry is survived by his wife Linda Kling, his two loving daughters Charlotte Mattern, Terra Hutchison, and his son-in-law Kyle Hutchison. Papa left behind seven grandchildren, Natachia Gallagher and husband Taylor Gallagher, Jayson Mattern, Garrett Mattern, Rebekah Mattern, Bailey Mattern, Allison Hutchison, and Caleb Hutchison and two great grandchildren Reagan Gallagher and Avery Gallagher. He is also survived by his four siblings Ronald Kling, Gloria Gunther, Sharon Brown, and his youngest brother and best friend Greg Kling.

His Celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on August 19, 2023, at The Chapel of the Resurrection at Cedar Park Church in Bothell, WA.
